I built the app
I wished I had.
Target: 2h48 — recalculated after my 1h24 half in Barcelona. I followed the plan to the letter for 18 weeks. But the plan couldn't see my real load: gym, boxing five times a week, broken sleep, stress. My HRV had been screaming overtraining for weeks. Nobody was listening.
Two weeks out: both Achilles tendons. The physio told me not to race. I went anyway. 3h03:33. At the finish line: nothing. No emotion. Months not wanting to run. Kallpa would have seen all of this before it happened. So I built it.
Not a plan generator. A training load tool.
Kallpa sees everything you do — not just your runs. Gym, cycling, swimming: it all goes into your weekly load. If a pace changes, you know why. If a week gets lighter, you know why too.
No black box. No plan that ignores half of what you do with your week.
